Safety is Lenberg Constructions top priority, and the company has all rights to stop working if dangerous situations continue.  Unexpected events, such as strikes, natural disasters, or other situations beyond Lenberg Construction’s reasonable control, may cause delays or render it impossible for it to complete a project on time.

In the event of a substantial breach, each party shall discontinue services in writing.
